I am a piper of more than 15 years of experience living in Portland. I studied with Jay Salter of Santa Cruz, CA and later received instruction in piobaireachd from Jimmy McColl and Allan MacDonald of the famous piping family from Glenuig, Scotland. Currently, I am the only piper in the state of Oregon who can play not only Scottish Highland bagpipes and Scottish small pipes
